Business Development Manager

My Client is a leading innovator in advanced technology solutions, specializing in high-reliability systems for defense, aerospace, and cutting-edge industrial applications. With a strong focus on microelectronics, RF technology, and mission-critical components, we work closely with top-tier organizations, including the European Space Agency (ESA) and defense contractors, to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet the most demanding industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and integration of advanced electronic and RF systems for defense, aerospace, and high-reliability applications.
• Design, test, and validate microelectronics and RF components, ensuring compliance with ESA, MIL-STD, and other industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and manufacturing, to develop state-of-the-art solutions for mission-critical environments.
• Work closely with defense and aerospace clients, understanding technical requirements and translating them into innovative solutions.
• Ensure all designs and products adhere to high-reliability (Hi-Rel) specifications for space and military applications.
• Manage technical documentation and support qualification processes aligned with ESA and defense industry standards.

Requirements:

• Strong background in electronics, microelectronics, RF, or high-reliability systems, ideally within defense, aerospace, or space industries.
• Experience working with ESA, MIL-STD, or other industry-specific standards for high-reliability and mission-critical applications.
• Expertise in designing and testing RF/microwave components, power electronics, or microelectronics for aerospace and defense applications.
• Proven experience in Hi-Rel manufacturing processes, failure analysis, and component qualification.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance requirements in the defense and space sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
