Senior Product Designer

MID-SENIOR/SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER (UI) – £55,000 – £70,000

Fully remote position but YOU MUST BE BASED IN THE UK and have full UK working rights without needing sponsorship.

This client is a B2C SaaS, EdTech start-up, focussed within the medical industry. They are looking to hire their second designer (with a UI/visual steer) to work under the Head of Design. You’ll play a key role in shaping their products and brand, with significant responsibility & the opportunity to make a real impact as they scale.

Looking for someone with a portfolio that demonstrates great visual craft and creativity whilst still following a process and able to show some of your discovery and research stages too.

You\’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Learning teams to design impactful, user-centered experiences, whilst also contributing to and using the existing design system in Figma.

Requirements:

• At least 4+ years professional experience in UI/UX
• Strong app design experience (shown in portfolio also)
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience using and maintaining design systems
• Strong visual design skills including some brand design work
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Framer (required to learn for the role if not already proficient) – even better if your portfolio is in Framer.
• Basic coding knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers
• Experience with Illustrator, After Effects, or similar design tools.
• Graphic design background
