Job Description Divisional Manager – Construction Recruitment Desk – Billing London office (4 days), home (1 day) A hot desk for your individual billing target, with lucrative PSL’s in place, managing an existing team of three consultants, reporting directly to the board. Required: 360 Construction Recruitment experience PTR of personal billings in line with the target this role will carry, £250k Management of recruitment personnel, resourcers or consultants The role: Leadership & Strategy Client Relationship Management Team Management Client Acquisition & Retention Recruiter Development Performance Evaluation Workload Allocation Resource Management Process Optimisation Quality Control Compliance Candidate Relationship Management Complex Placements Data Management & Reporting Targets & Expectations: Maintain a minimum of £250,000 of personal desk fees Manage a team of 3 x billing consultants within your specialist sector Ensuring the team hits minimum target (a minimum of £150,000 for billing consultants) Providing technical and sales based training Report to the board on team performance at weekly management meetings
