As one of our consultants, you will play a huge part in leading us towards our goal. Having been in operation for over 10 years, we have established ourselves as a niche & specialist recruitment consultancy, and we are searching for driven, ambitious and money-hungry individuals to join us as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we don’t offer our consultants jobs; we offer them careers and the tools and opportunities for them to be very successful.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Following your initial training & development programme (tailored to you), you will begin to build your niche market and craft your skills as a Specialist IT Recruitment Consultant.
  • You will use your personality to build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, whilst providing a bespoke and professional service.
  • Using business development techniques, you will grow your impressive portfolio of clients, who will be eager to utilise your skills as a niche IT Recruitment Consultant.
  • You will identify, approach and source potential candidates through a variety of attraction methods as part of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • You will act as the "go-to" in your business area, developing a specialist knowledge of your market.

What do you need?

  • Previous sales experience is essential (a minimum of 6 months experience in some form of sales or customer-facing environment).
  • You should have the ability and drive to work to tough deadlines, negotiate sales and develop client relationships.
  • You will be financially motivated & eager to build your own unique business within Reperio.
  • You need to be prepared for the tough challenges that a recruitment role is going to throw at you.

  • A competitive base salary.
  • An uncapped commission scheme with no thresholds - realistic first year OTE of Β£30,000 +.
  • Second year OTE of Β£40,000 - Β£60,000+.
