Regional Store Support – South

Location: Based within the South Region – within or near the vicinity of Basildon, Crawley, Croydon, Erith, Medway, and Romford, with occasional travel required to Bristol, Swansea, Norwich, and Ipswich.
Salary: £27,372 per annum + OTE of up to £33,000
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time (42.5 hours/week)

As a Regional Store Support, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth running during holidays or when the store manager is absent.

You’ll be able to lead and energise the team while providing top-tier service. You\’ll also travel across the region to support engaging open days, showcase our products, and connect with customers.

What You’ll Do

• Opening and closing of stores when required during holidays and sickness
• Providing high levels of customer service
• All day-to-day store activities while covering
• Open Day Preparation/Product demonstrations
• Order Processing
• Inventory Management
• Customer Assistance
• Alarm callout
• Ensuring that the stores are always kept clean and tidy
• New business development
• Telephoning existing and new customers
• Identifying and reporting any safety hazards or security issues to store management

You’ll ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Retail, Customer Service, Trade Store, Construction or Automotive industries
• Skills: Strong skills in both math and English, including the ability to read and write fluently
• Full UK driving license (essential) and a willingness to travel extensively across the North Region of the UK, with overnight stays (2/3+ nights per week)
• Flexibility: A proactive, results-driven mindset
• Great customer service skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and IT proficiency.
• Based within the South Region – within or near Basildon, Crawley, Croydon, Erith, Medway, and Romford, willing to travel occasionally to Bristol, Swansea, Norwich, and Ipswich.
