Digital Marketing Manager: A newly created role reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating with wider marketing team and other departments to ensure engaging customer experience across all touchpoints and working with a Web development agency to support new international Websites, ongoing usability, and ad hoc digital marketing campaigns.

• Reporting to Head of Marketing

• Map out the customer and user journeys, identifying key touchpoints and areas for improvement

• Day-to-day operations of the company website

• Visibility and search engine rankings.

• Analyse website traffic and user behaviour

• 3 to 4 years in similar role

• Content management systems (e.g., WordPress)

• CRM – Salesforce / HubSpot or similar

• Working with Marketing Agency – Web Development

• User Journey

• Marketing Automation

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

• A/B testing

• Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques

• Able to travel to head office 3 days- Bracknell.

• £40,000 – £50,000 (dependant on experience)
