Are you an experienced change management consultant with a passion for supporting complex transformation projects? Do you thrive in dynamic, agile and fast-paced environments where your strategic and pragmatic thinking and people-focused approach deliver real, measurable impact?

We are partnering with an exciting fast-growing, global property management group to find a Change Consultant. In this role, you will join a high-performing, innovative organisation during a critical phase of growth and transformation. Working with the central transformation team, you will support the delivery of a portfolio of transformation projects into the business with effective people change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change plans and activity into the business, aligned with the programme objectives and portfolio of projects.
  • Lead change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to deliver tailored communication, engagement and training approaches and activity.
  • Provide expert advice on change management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, sponsors, and business leaders to deliver change initiatives and monitor progress.
  • Measure and report on change adoption, employee engagement, and overall programme effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Change Consultant within complex transformation programme teams, across a portfolio of cross-functional change initiatives.
  • Expert knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Capability to influence and drive change at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, agile and at times ambiguous organisation.
  • A pragmatic approach to delivering change and ability to roll your sleeves up and 'get stuck in'.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications in change management are a plus.
