HGV Class 2 Driver - Temp to Perm

Based in Manchester, you will be collecting drums of used cooking oil from various Northwest locations. Those will include Hotels, Restaurants, Bars Takeways etc.\\nOur client is looking for a HGV Class 2 Driver to take a full time Temp to Perm role.\\n * You assist customers in a friendly manner and ensure excellent service.

Customer satisfaction is particularly important to us!\\n * On average, you visit 15 to 25 customers per day – no problem for you!\\n * You follow the route planned for you and collect from Restaurants, Hotels, and other businesses.\\n * You work independently, enjoy your journeys, and keep your administration simple using a smartphone or tablet.\\n * At the end of the day, you deliver our collected load, and your workday is done. Ready for a new journey tomorrow!\\n * Start time of approximately 10:00, finishing no later than 20:00.\\n​HGV Class 2 Driver will need:\\n * Experience as a driver collecting goods? That’s a plus, but not essential.\\n * You are physically fit and can lift, move, and load barrels without any problem.

Hard work and long days don’t scare you!\\n * A valid driving licence (Category C) – with no more than 3 penalty points.\\n * You speak good English.\\nHGV Class 2 Driver Duties will include:\\n * Driving company vehicle responsibly and safely, obeying all traffic laws\\n * Conducting required daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance.\\n * Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress\\n * Completing paperwork accurately as instructed\\n * Dealing with customers face to face in a polite and courteous manner.\\nWe offer a true, honest, and personal service and you will deal directly with the business owner.
