Corporate Tax Director – FS Focus – LONDON All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application. (Ambitious SM/AD wanting a step up to lead a team will also be considered) This leading independent London based Top 25 professional services organisation, are looking for an FS Tax Director (with clear opportunity to Partnership) to work with Partners and be responsible for the management of a significant portfolio of clients (Private Equity, Asset Managers, Alternative Investment Funds) In this tax team, you will lead, continue to build and provide advice in all aspects of financial services transactions and tax advisory work. You will combine technical expertise with a commercial approach and also work with the Partners to develop new clients as well as selling new services to existing clients. The firm offers a full range of tax services to help financial services businesses to optimise their tax position, manage tax risk and meet tax compliance obligations, from UK and international tax structuring considerations to operational tax issues. You will be working cross functionally with a great Corporate Tax team who have impressive growth numbers in the last 5 years.
