We are looking for a dynamic Duty Manager to manage the successful and efficient day to day operation of the club, ensuring we give our members a fabulous experience every day. Leading the team on shift, you will deliver 5 star standards of facilities and a safe, clean environment. You will do this through attention to detail, taking a 'see it, fix it' approach and completing detailed reviews ensuring the safety of our members and team members remains the highest priority at all times. You will oversee all departments whilst on shift including Reception, Gym, Spa, Food & Beverage, Cleaning & Maintenance, DL Kids, Lifeguards, Group Exercise & Sales. A self-motivated manager who will take pride in exceptional service to our members and is happy to work with the club General Manager to ensure a safe and premium experience across the whole club. We want you to be willing to learn so you can make use of all the training and development tools we have available to help you flourish. The position requires working shifts in accordance with the demand of the business, including working 4 weekend shifts per month and at least one late shift per week Experience in managing a team in a service led facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility) – highly desirable . Experience of duty management responsibilities – desirable. Passionate about customer service. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You bring the passion. We bring the purpose.
