We are working with a leading US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Private Funds team in London. This team is recognized across Chambers and has advised multi-billion-dollar funds as well as emerging clients. You will work with a broad range of fund-sponsor clients on matters including buyout funds, growth equity funds, middle market funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, debt funds, funds-of-funds, secondary funds, special situations funds, and hedge funds.
This elite US firm is considered one of the strongest in the legal market. They have a large and reputable London presence, with formidable teams in Corporate, Banking, Funds, Private Equity, and Capital Markets. With future growth prospects, you will have opportunities to learn, develop, and progress at the highest level.
Requirements:
- You are a qualified solicitor with 3-5 years of experience working on Private Funds matters within a leading international practice.
Salary: £210k–£300k depending on level and experience, plus a competitive bonus.
