Private Funds Associate – 3–6 PQE (US Law firm)

We are working with a leading US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Private Funds team in London.

This team is recognized across Chambers and has advised multi-billion-dollar funds as well as emerging clients. You will work with a broad range of fund-sponsor clients on matters including buyout funds, growth equity funds, middle market funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, debt funds, funds-of-funds, secondary funds, special situations funds, and hedge funds.

Requirements

You are a qualified solicitor with 3-5 years of experience working on Private Funds matters within a leading international practice.

Salary

£210k–£300k depending on level and experience, plus a competitive bonus.
