Responsibilities:

Support objectives set by the Site Manager which in turn meet the needs of the Performance Products (PP) Business and its customers.

Monitor and optimise plant performance daily to ensure safe, efficient and reliable plant operation

Identify, design and implement process plant improvements / modifications through Management of Change process.
