What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience (agency).
• 360 recruitment experience – winning clients through to closing offers
• Proven track record of excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Driven person to maximise a fantastic opportunity in terms of experience and earnings
• Willingness to work East Coast US hours (on a rota basis) weekly to maximize client and candidate interactions.
