Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Sheet Metal Painter to join the Rail Team in Glasgow.
Role Purpose
- To carry out electrostatic painting of sheet metal enclosures and switchgear panels including priming and finishing works.
What you’ll be doing

Provide flawless painting of metalwork in line with paint data sheet requirements including curing times and set up finishing.

Utilise effective and effective painting methods in line with work instructions.

Carry out progressive quality assurance in line with manufacturing instructions

Ensure that lessons-learnt and knowledge-capture are practiced as business as usual.

Recognised qualification in a sheet metal painting discipline or experience with electrostatic painting plant.

The individual should have a desire to continuously pursue innovation and development, with a focus on right first time and quality products.
