• Transformation Consulting: Partnering with clients to optimise their workforce strategies, driving efficiency and maximising ROI.
• Strategic Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at global organisations.
• Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and drive continuous improvement.
• Sales Enablement: Empowering sales teams with the expertise and insights needed to secure major enterprise deals.

Who We\’re Looking For:

• A proven track record of 12-20 years in consulting or software solution delivery, preferably within the HCM or total workforce management space.
• Extensive experience managing complex projects and delivering measurable results for enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of contingent workforce management principles and best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. 1
• A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive for professional excellence.
• Experience working with or within major consulting firms, or software companies offering Procurement and/or HCM solutions is highly desirable.
• Located within the UK or willing to relocate.
