Our innovative team propels our in-house Creative department to produce ground-breaking films, compelling content, and immersive experiences, encompassing TV, Print and OOH mediums across diverse media channels. As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a Junior Creative Team to join us to deliver exceptional creative ideation, visual storytelling and innovation.
We are looking for a junior team who are tenacious and resilient. A team who can respond to feedback objectively, bouncing back from criticism with enthusiasm to find new solutions.
They’ll work well under the pressure, solving problems and delivering creative solutions within tight budgets and deadlines across multiple projects,
Be team players with the ability to build and maintain a good rapport with the team and clients.
Be creatively and culturally curious – with the ability to question briefs and assess the marketing landscape.
Be bold in their thinking, creative ideation and presentation of their work.
Junior Creative Team Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Creative Directors to help originate and craft new thinking and creative opportunities.
- Develop original marketing content across various marketing touchpoints, collaborating closely with Creative Artworkers to execute engaging flagship launches and roll-outs.
- Coordinate with the Retail and Digital Design teams to ensure brand alignment across product touchpoints.
- Have the ability to clearly present creative thinking to the CDs and wider account teams.
Qualifications/experience:
- Previous experience in creative roles with an emphasis on consumer marketing would be a positive.
- Demonstrated experience in creating innovative thinking across all media channels, from TV, Print and radio, to OOH, social and experiential.
- Demonstrated experience across 360 campaigns
- Capable of working up ideas to a high presentable standard. Well versed in Adobe suite.
- Track record of working in wider creative and account teams
- Experience creating work on behalf of technology clients
- Experience in AI, augmented, virtual or mixed reality, experiential, digital immersive experiences
