Job Description

Occupational Health Technician\\nLocation: Midlands (UK-wide travel with overnight stays)\\nSalary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (with overtime potential up to £30,000) + benefits\\n\\nWe have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Health Technician to join one of our clients, primarily covering the midlands area. There will potentially be frequent travel further afield and regular overnight stays.\\n\\nWithin You will be conducting health surveillance, fitness for work screening, and health promotion, further details below in details\\n\\nYour Responsibilities:\\n\\nConduct health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, skin assessments, and Hand Arm Vibration (Tier 1 & 2)\\nPerform fitness-for-work medicals (e.g., driver, working at height, and vision screening)\\nCarry out drug & alcohol testing and venepuncture\\nDeliver wellbeing medicals and health promotion activities\\nDrive a mobile screening unit nationwide, including UK & IrelandSkills, Knowledge, and Experience:\\n\\nPrevious Occupational Health experience, including health surveillance and fitness-for-work medicals\\nWillingness to undertake extensive travel and overnight stays (Monday – Friday as required)\\nFull UK driving licence\\nExperience and/or willingness to drive vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes\\nStrong IT skills (MS Office and electronic medical records systems)\\nAbility to work autonomously\\nExcellent communication skills
