Overview
One of Randstad’s financial services clients is looking for an exceptional, experienced Executive Recruiter to join their team in London. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring VP and above grade roles and guaranteeing an outstanding candidate experience at all times. You will be instrumental in shaping the organisation's leadership landscape.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute sophisticated, multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of elite talent, utilising market intelligence, executive search methodologies, and your deep industry network.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior business leaders. Provide expert counsel on talent market trends, compensation, and search strategy to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- End-to-End Search Management: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing and candidate identification through to complex offer negotiation and onboarding. Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Candidate Experience: Champion an exemplary candidate journey. Ensure every interaction is managed with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and care, reflecting the prestigious brand.
- Market Intelligence: Serve as the subject matter expert for your designated business areas, providing insights that inform talent strategy and drive competitive advantage.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
- Significant and demonstrable experience as an executive recruiter, gained either within a leading financial services firm or a top-tier executive search agency.
- A proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives (VP and above) within the banking or financial services sectors.
- Experience operating within a complex organisation, ideally within an in-house talent acquisition function.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to build relationships and influence at the most senior levels.
- An established, high-calibre network within the financial services industry.
