Temporary to Permanent
Working as a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for ordering parts and consumables as well as storing and issuing parts to the workshop.
Responsible for:
- Control Workshop Stock
- Booking goods into the system, cross reference vehicle parts
- Liaise with stock team to order required parts
- Stock checks
Administration support:
- Respond to email and telephone queries
- Complete weekly reports and all relevant paperwork
- Maintain all systems ensuring adequate and appropriate records are created
- Meet deadlines
Skills and experience:
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role
Due to the location, applicants must have their own transport.
