This is a fully remote role, available to candidates based in the UK. β Company Secretarial Support β Assist with entity management, governance, and statutory compliance for a portfolio of international clients.
β Board & Committee Meetings β Prepare agendas, collate board packs, and draft accurate minutes.
β Regulatory & Compliance Filings β Ensure timely filings with relevant authorities.
β Corporate Governance β Maintain statutory records and assist with regulatory obligations.
β Stakeholder Communication β Liaise with directors, senior management, and external advisors.
β Process Improvement β Support governance best practices and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
π― What Weβre Looking For:
πΉ 1-3 years of company secretarial experience (not EA/secretary/admin) in Ireland/UK/Lux/Bermuda/Caymans- NON NEGOTIABLE
πΉ Minute-taking skills preferred
πΉ ICSA qualification (or working towards) is beneficial but not essential
πΉ Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
πΉ A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach
