Maintenance Team Leader – Industrial\\n\\nNottingham\\n\\n£55k + Benefits + Overtime\\n\\nPermanent Role – Continental Shifts\\n\\nI am currently looking for an Maintenance Team Leader to strengthen a busy Production Team, with qualifications in Engineering with strong multi skilled knowledge and proven ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities include: -\\n\\n * Proactive, planned-preventative maintenance to ensure existing equipment is able to meet capacity demand and efficiency targets.\\n\\n * Reactive maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime.\\n\\n * Identifying and delivering against opportunities to implement changes and continuous improvement projects to maximise plant efficiencies.\\n\\n * Assisting with the introduction of new equipment to a market-leading production facility as part of our continued drive for innovation.\\n\\n * Continuous professional development through industry specific training.\\n\\nYou will be an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias. Evidence of this electrical bias will include the following:\\n\\n * Ability to install and programme an invertor on a three-phase induction motor.\\n\\n * Ability to read and fault find on an electrical system.\\n\\nYou will be able to fault find on PLC’s, including the ability to change ladder logic – PLC’s predominantly used on site. You will also have good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, with strong diagnostic skills and be proactive in your approach.\\n\\nIdeally Apprentice served, you will be qualified to ONC or HND / HNC in a related discipline at least a City & Guilds level 3 / NVQ Level 3 – ideally in Electrical, Maintenance, or Manufacturing Engineering, and be qualified to at least 17th / 18th Edition.\\n\\nIf you would like to apply then please send through a copy of your most up-to-date CV, together with a cover letter and reference 47835/MTLCRLKN27N
