You’ll play a crucial role in delivering a world-class customer experience, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth operation of the site.\\n\\nYour main responsibilities will include:\\n\\nLeadership: Managing and inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver a high standard of service across all areas.\\nOperational Excellence: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.\\nBudget Management: Taking responsibility for the residential operating budget and ensuring financial efficiency.\\nSite Mobilisation: Working alongside the central mobilisation team to prepare the development for operation, including recruiting and onboarding teams.\\nProcess Improvement: Collaborating with the Regional Head of Operations to implement business process improvements and develop internal standard operating procedures.\\nCustomer Service: Creating a seamless resident experience by addressing challenges and consistently delivering exceptional service.\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\nYou’ll thrive in this role if you:\\n\\nHave experience in the BTR, PBSA, property management, hospitality, or leisure sectors at a managerial level.\\nAre passionate about customer service and have a resident-first mindset.\\nUnderstand the challenges of managing a large building or estate and have knowledge of statutory obligations and health and safety regulations.\\nPossess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and engage your team.\\nCommunicate clearly, confidently, and calmly, even under pressure.\\nAre highly organised, methodical, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.\\nMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
