Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician to support our dynamic virology research team. This hands-on role offers an excellent opportunity for a technical professional to actively engage in laboratory work, while working closely with experienced senior scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Laboratory Support
- Perform routine laboratory procedures with precision and attention to detail, including cell culture, virus stock growth, and preparation of laboratory reagents for research experiments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and documentation.
- Perform laboratory management tasks necessary for the safe and smooth running of laboratory activities.
- Research Assistance
- Support senior scientists in experimental design and execution.
- Optimisation of standard laboratory procedures.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests
- Collect and organize experimental data
Qualifications
- Technical Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic laboratory techniques
