My client is looking for a strong administrator with great attention to detail to join their dispatch team. As a Dispatch Administrator you will be ensuring all products are double checked and are dispatched on time and correctly. It is crucial to ensure all goods in and out of the department are processed to meet the company standard and customer expectations. This role requires a very high attention to detail and persistence.

Dispatch Administrator Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Check paperwork and products for despatch

  • To work with and alongside all couriers, to ensure lead times are met.

  • Picking and Packing orders for both UK and Export.

  • Monthly and annual stock take of all stock items

  • To ensure all products are completion checked and labelled

  • To reject and highlight non-conforming products.

  • High level in attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support
