Job Opportunity: Finance Administrator (6 month FTC) Location: Widnes Head Office WA8 0GG Salary: £24k Suttons International are a Family-owned global logistics business, seeking a Finance Administrator to join our Head Office in Widnes. This is a 6 month fixed term contract role with hybrid working (a mixture of both office and working from home). The Role Delivering administrative excellence within the International Credit Control & Purchase Ledger function in Widnes. You will be actively managing administration activity within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, supporting both the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger Team. Key Accountabilities Completing New Account Requests and system set up of new customers Completing New supplier requests and system set up of new suppliers Daily banking and allocations on the ledgers Credit checking new customers Manual Invoice requests via Sage Adding Credit notes to RAM & Sage (internal software systems)
