Job Description

Our client is a private equity backed residential property company focussed in the living sector. Due to growth, they are seeking to hire an Investment Analyst in London to provide analytical support to the team.

About the Role – Key responsibilities:

  • Underwrite, evaluate, and structure real estate acquisitions, focusing on the Living/BTR market
  • Support across origination, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution
  • Analysis includes modelling cash flows, engaging due diligence including commercial valuation, conducting industry and sector market research
  • Prepare initial memos for preliminary assessment and investment committee memos ahead of final approval
  • Present financing opportunities to deal team and I.C
  • Provide post-closing support for ongoing asset management responsibilities

Responsibilities – Background & experience:

  • Strong academic credentials from a top-tier, internationally recognized university or business school
  • Applicants must havce a Minimum 2-4 years relevant real estate experience in the UK market
  • Background in real estate debt fund, investment banking, real estate private equity, or consultancy
  • Experience of working within living sector (BTR/PRS) is highly beneficial
  • Excellent financial modelling and strong quantitative skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team environment
