Job Summary
The Primary responsibility is to be the main contact person for the TUV Rheinland group for Retail Global Key Accounts to be assigned by Head of Retail. He/she will be responsible for leading, developing and coordinating all global activities regarding the account/s. He/she is in regular and close contact with the Head of Retail and surrounding team to ensure smooth and sustainable development of their accounts within the TUV Rheinland Group.
Job Description
- Overall and global responsibility for the respective Global Key Account/s assigned.
- Develop specific Global account strategy (incl. forecast, target settings) and action plans.
- Develop and expand account relationship.
- Technical support and guidance for assigned accounts utilizing the support network within TUV Rheinland Group
- Supervision of processes and standard operating procedures regarding the respective account/s.
- Overall account responsibility in global pricing taking P/L into consideration (direct as well as indirect supplier orders).
- Record and document Key Account related information (e.g. Key Account’s buyers, distribution countries, revenue, order incoming/sales by month/quarter/year, project status) and report regularly to the UK Head of Retail.
- Conduct research of Customer‘s satisfaction and look at ways to proactively improve (e.g. client survey).
- Responsibility for optimization of services and processes taking customer‘s requirements into consideration (incl. cross-selling activities).
- Ensure documentation and follow up of the implementation of Key Account business processes such as project flow, sample arrangement etc.
- Internal own personnel development to develop skills and knowledge of the business.
