We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate High-Level Teaching Assistant to join our team and work with students on our Pathways to Employment program. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who have faced challenges in traditional school settings.
Salary range: £24,000 – £25,000. Starting salary is £24,000 rising to £24,500 on successful completion of probationary period., * You have a passion for working with young people with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people., GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Special education: 1 year (preferred)
