Customer Service Advisor (Travel Industry) – Chester
Up to £24,000 / hybrid working after probation

Your role will be purely customer service based, looking after holiday bookings…
You\’ll answer inbound calls from customers regarding bookings they have made, which will involve general questions, booking excursions, amending bookings and potential cancellations.
Calls can be regarding bookings from all over the world, including luxury, cruises, and package holidays. We require you to be able to assist customers with anything they may need.
We are looking for individuals who have previously worked in a travel environment, as an understanding of the travel sector is a huge advantage for the role.

Hours: 9AM – 5:30PM Monday to Friday.
