I have a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a high-end residential building contractor on a permanent or temp to perm basis, working on a high-end residential project in South West London. The company has been around since the 1980s, initially carrying out small extensions and alterations within the high-end residential sector. Over the years they have continuously evolved and are one of the most reputable builders in the high-end residential sector, carrying out prestigious projects to the highest quality. They carry out new build developments, refurbishment projects, extensions, and alterations throughout South West London and the surrounding areas. Regardless of the project, the aim remains the same; to exceed their clients’ high expectations. Client focus and an uncompromising attitude to quality of finish are the driving forces behind the success of their business.
The project in SW London comprises the complete refurbishment of a large house, together with the construction of a separate leisure building in the grounds consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and guest accommodation above. The project has just kicked off and they are looking to bring an experienced Senior Site Manager as soon as possible, on either a permanent or freelance basis; somebody with high-end residential experience (both new build and refurb) that can oversee the project through to completion.
Senior Site Manager Responsibilities:- Experienced No.1 Site Manager with a track record working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor

- Background working on high-end residential projects
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified
- Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
- Presentable with strong client-facing skills
