Salaried GP Opportunity – 4-6 Sessions Per Week We are seeking a dedicated Salaried GP to join our supportive team and transition with us to a new, purpose-built healthcare facility opening in April 2025. The Role: * 4-6 sessions per week – Monday preferred, flexible on other days (Friday not required). * Salary: Up to £11K per session (negotiable for the right candidate). * 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave. * Indemnity paid. * NHS Pension. * SystmOne practice using Ardens and Accurx. * 12 appointments per routine session (mix of telephone and face-to-face). * Typical working hours: 8:30-12:30 & 2-6. * 1 duty day per week (on a rota basis). About the Practice: * 5,500+ patient list with plans for growth. * Good CQC rating (2019). * Located near the scenic Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. * Mixed demographics – areas of deprivation alongside wealth, with an ageing population. * 1 GP Partner / 3 Salaried GPs. * Practice Paramedic providing a visiting service. * Lead Nurse, 1 PN, 1 NA, 3 HCAs. * Award-winning PCN Pharmacist Team. * PCN services: First contact physiotherapy, social prescribing, mental health practitioner, and health & well-being coordinator.
