We’re a FoodTech scale-up aiming to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen – we think there’s about 70,000 of them in the UK. We’ve grown massively in a short period of time and have operations in the UK and Europe. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery Apps whilst continuing to service their core customers.
In short, we’re defining the future of the food delivery market! Nobody’s growing as fast as us in the UK, and we’re looking for great people to join us on our journey.
Our funding comes from some of the biggest names in PE and VC, and our Series A was raised from TDR Capital (owners of ASDA, David Lloyd, Stonegate, etc); Softbank; Fuel Ventures; and Pembroke VCT. In short, we’re defining the future of the food delivery market, nobody’s growing as fast as us in Europe, and we’re looking for a senior leader to take us to the next level.
The Role
- Manage our customer lifecycle: from first contact to contract renewal, the full partner lifecycle will sit under your remit. Optimise our revenue and margin targets per customer whilst reducing churn and cost-to-serve.
- Optimise our sales and onboarding funnel (PWB’s acquisition model): improve our CAC:LTV ratio through analysis of our sales cycle and onboarding journey. Deliver a fantastic customer experience that maximises customer earnings.
- Optimise our account management function (PWB’s retention model): we’re building a marketplace-based scaled AM function, and we need your help to accelerate the way that customers move through this. Do all of this whilst reducing cost-to-serve.
- Own our strategic relationships: our biggest Enterprise partner and platform partners need close relationships, joint business plans, and tough negotiations. Help the team to expand our business with them in a profitable way.
- Manage the delivery of our commercial targets: we have blended margin targets dependent on brand, platform, and customer mix. Help us to optimise for the best possible outcome and to deliver this over a 12-month operating period.
