The main duties are;

Answering phones and emails.

supporting sales with various admin duties

Updating client records

Data inputting

Meeting and greeting clients and providing refreshments

keeping the reception area tidy and well presented at all times

Performing general clerical administrative duties
We are looking for a well-presented and professional full time Reception / Administrator
This excellent opportunity will suit candidates who are good team players and have experience of giving good customer service, have a friendly and polite manner and are willing to support other areas of the business as and when required.
This position would suit a capable and ambitious individual who is looking to progress in an expanding company.
Hours of work will be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:45am to 4.00pm on Friday with a 30 minute break for lunch each day (total 40 hours/week)., * Must be well presented and professional
