We invest in and build large-scale, fast-growing business models, and also support founders and CEOs in finding and excelling in new business ventures to create extraordinary companies.
What We Offer You
We are seeking experienced or aspiring Partners for our Search Funds. You will have the opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our portfolio, or become a Partner in an existing portfolio company.
You will join an ambitious network with a dedicated Board of Directors comprising experienced founders, board members, and CEOs who have started, acquired, built, and exited various companies.
You will receive significant upside potential, with compensation primarily based on equity (10-20%, depending on the business), and a base salary of up to 80K GBP.
Your Responsibilities
As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and growing your business. Tasks will vary depending on the stage and nature of the company, and may include:
- Building a world-class organization
- Leading, developing, and motivating an exceptional team
- Defining and executing strategies to drive results across all functions
- Recruiting the right talent and fostering employee development
- Being fully responsible for the P&L and daily operations
What We Expect From You

- Minimum a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results

- 3-7 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, startup, or established company
