  • Deliver periodic product reviews and fair value assessments to ensure we continue to delight customers and adhere to the “price and value” aspects of the FCA’s Consumer Duty.
  • Contribute to the development of new mortgage propositions for extra ordinary borrowers (EOBs) who are under-served in the market.
  • Undertake market and competitor analysis to help shape our mortgage proposition and pricing.
  • Collaborate effectively with Finance, Treasury and Savings colleagues to ensure an effective and coherent approach to trading performance and financial risk management.
  • Own and develop key policies and frameworks that relate to mortgage products and pricing.
  • Work closely with Lending colleagues across sales, operations and other areas to ensure product and pricing decisions and well understood and take account of colleague, customer and broker feedback.
  • Play a role in “telling the story” to colleagues in terms of our product range and commercial performance.

About you: –
