Rated OUTSTANDING with the CQC, Saracen Care requires motivated Care and Support workers to enable us to be the provider of choice for people with complex needs. The people we support live with a range of conditions such as Learning Disability, Autism, Asperger’s, Acquired Brain Injury and other complex conditions such as Huntington’s Disease. Our Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years experience working as a Care & Support Worker. However, full training & development will be given if you are choosing care as a new career path.
We offer a competitive rate of pay of (depending on experience and qualifications) plus holiday pay and benefits with training and DBS all paid for.
*Day to Day Responsibilities:*
* Provide general support as part of a caring team
* Assist with domestic duties & household management (may include assistance with cleaning, cooking, washing, payment of bills)
* Provide personal care and administer medication
* Be able to motivate and encourage people through positive engagement and interaction
