Hands-on working fabric technician with a good understanding of general building services and estate management.
Building furniture, moving furniture.
Carry out all moves and changes that the client require.
Undertake a full range of general maintenance tasks, not limiting to minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, ensuring service levels are met and to maintain the fabric of the building is at a high standard Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared prior to any works starting.
Good communication etiquette, a Team player, able to multitask and prioritise workload.
Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service with a calm manner and able to work under pressure and make sound decisions when needed.
