Our client, one of the UK’s leading energy providers, is looking for an Administrator to join one of its teams on-site at a Power Station in Hartlepool.
Main Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality meeting packs for board meetings at an Executive level.
- Operate as the department evaluator.
- Lead continuous improvement systems.
- Be a champion on-site for Project Delivery/Defueling activities.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Intranet management).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to support with the delivery of engaging messages to station staff.
- High volume administration experience (including systems/database administration).
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Able to multitask, organise, and prioritise workloads, as well as meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail is a must together with comfort handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information).
- A resourceful individual who is flexible in approach.
