The Role: Data Analysis & Reporting: Manage and improve people reporting, dashboards and analytics.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and business impact.
Present insights via dashboards and BI tools, making data driven recommendations.
Ensure accurate data collection and reporting, including employee surveys.
HR Business Support: Oversee executive appraisals, remuneration processes and GDPR compliance.
Support HR policies, talent acquisition, retention, engagement and compensation.
Manage global HR processes (salary reviews, benchmarking, career development).
Contribute to HR projects aligned with business goals.
Budget Administration: Coordinate budget planning with Finance.
Provide reports to support financial decisions.
Handle invoices and approval processes in SAP.
Skills & Experience: Strong data analysis and reporting expertise.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work across diverse, multicultural teams.
Organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
Strong presentation and project management skills.
