Your Duties: Sales & Account Management: Execute sales and marketing strategies across multiple trade channels in Northern Ireland and the Island of Ireland to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key regional buyers and wholesalers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
New Business Development: Identify and secure new customer accounts to contribute to brand growth and expanded market reach.
Sales Strategy & Reporting: Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Category Management & Marketing Support: Collaborate with internal teams to execute category management programs and marketing strategies that enhance the brands visibility.
Logistics & Operations: Manage logistics and contracts to ensure smooth sales operations and timely deliveries.
E-commerce Optimisation: Support customers in optimising their e-commerce platforms in alignment with broader marketplace strategies.
Your Profile: 3 years of experience in sales/business development within CPG, hardware, industrial, automotive, or retail distribution.
Proven ability to drive growth, build relationships, and develop strategic sales plans Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A valid drivers license and willingness to travel 75-85% of the time.
