– £28,146 Hours : 35 hours (over 5 days) Location : Norwich, NR1 1RY Norfolk Wildlife Trust is the countys largest environmental charity, committed to the protection and enhancement of Norfolks wildlife and wild places.
We are looking for a Senior Finance Officer to lead a dynamic team of three Finance Assistants.
This position is responsible for overseeing all financial processing activities for the Trust and its subsidiary organisations.
The role will focus on implementing procedural improvements, enhancing data recording practices, and advancing the integration and functionality of the newly adopted finance system (from April of the previous year).
The ideal candidate will possess experience in charity and intercompany accounting, along with demonstrated expertise in spreadsheets, MS Office, and financial software applications.
Key qualifications include strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines consistently, and a self-assured, proactive approach to work.
Experience of XLedger would be an advantage and an interest in nature is desirable.
Closing date is 5pm on the 7th of March 2025.
Interviews likely to take place W/C 10th March.
