Overview: Our client is a leading Private Equity backed industrial services provider and investor. They require an M&A Manager responsible for the identification, sourcing and execution of investments in support of the Group M&A Strategy. This role encapsulates finance, strategy, deal execution and the development of competitive acquisition proposals. It is a pivotal position in the M&A team working closely with the Senior M&A mansger and Executive Director of M&A in transaction execution, leading best practice delivery to the business and creating powerful and practical M&A management information. Candidates Must have: ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA or similar qualification. Previous M&A advisory experience (IB, PE, Transaction Services or Corporate Development). Demonstrable experience of undertaking due diligence activities with proven transaction project management experience. Strong analytical askills, ability to master fine detail whilst maintaining a clear bigger strategic and commercial perspective.
