We are looking for a hardworking, outgoing, posotive individual who enjoys being busy and successful.
Duties:
-40 hours per week, to be flexible – be available to work days and evenings, to include every other weekend. 1 month roster to be completed with complex care director.
-Assist with starting new rounds/taking on new clients
-Assist with the on-call every other week Monday – Sunday
-Training and supervising other carers (to include spot checks and shadowing)
-Acting as a standby to cover care calls when needed e.g., sickness
-Care plan reviews
-Daily task review
-Medication reviews
-Opportunity to progress within the management team
What we require
-Care experience essential to include complex skills – detailed below:
Suction / Nebuliser / PEG / Stoma Care / Tracheostomy cuffed and non cuffed / Bowel and bladder management / AD / Epilepsy to include recuse medication / cough assist.
Experience working with both adults and children would be preferred but not essential.
