Assistant Cost Manager Location: Bristol, United Kingdom Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with several offices located around the UK.

We are looking to speak with an ambitious Assistant Cost Manager, who is looking to advance their career and progress in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Actively playing a role in meetings with clients and contractors.
Assisting with building cost advice at different RIBA stages of projects.
Preparing feasibility estimates, pre-tender estimates and cost plans.
Advising contract terms and preparing documentation for building contracts.
Skills & Experience: Experience with QS software applications like Bluebeam and CostX.
Experience with report writing.
Degree or Masters in Quantity Surveying, or similar.
Working towards achieving Chartered status (MRICS).
