This role is fully remote and offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our business by targeting and securing new commercial clients across the UK. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential commercial clients in need of energy and water solutions through online research, networking, and referrals. * Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their energy and water requirements. * Sales Strategy Execution: Implement a strategic sales plan tailored to the needs of your assigned territory, focusing on both energy and water services, and working collaboratively with internal teams. * Tailored Proposals: Create compelling and customised proposals and presentations that meet the unique needs of each prospective client, aligning solutions to their business objectives. * Negotiation & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and final closing, ensuring the best outcomes for both the company and the client. * Ongoing Account Management: Work closely with the account management and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continued satisfaction of new clients. * Collaboration with Sales Support Teams: Leverage the expertise and assistance of industry-leading support teams to maximise sales efficiency and enhance client offerings. * Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and KPIs to senior management, ensuring goals are met or exceeded. * Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales tactics and client proposals. Skills and Experience Required: * Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the commercial energy or water sectors. * Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored energy and water solutions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Highly self-motivated, able to work autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams. * Experience with CRM systems and a disciplined approach to managing sales pipelines and reporting. * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
