Are you a Planning Partner looking to join an award winning boutique law that works in a different way. Have you ever wondered how you bring in so much money into the firm, but still on a relatively low salary in comparison to the work that you put in? This is the best of both worlds from a traditional law firm, with the salary of a fee share firm, get rewarded for the work you put in.Our client covers many different aspects of planning matters including both contentious and non-contentious, so the successful candidate will have (but not limited to) a book repertoire to include the following areas:Strategic planning advice and support for allocation, planning enforcement, high court challenge, judicial review and injunctions.Planning appeals, complex section 106 agreements and CIL matters, compulsory purchase orders.Stopping Orders, Road Traffic Regulation orders, public rights of way issues, lawful development certificates.This position offers full autonomy on your work, with the firm offering support throughout on review of your hourly rate to benefit both you and the firm.
