Rocasa Consulting are looking for a Flexible Support Worker in Oxford to Support victims of Domestic Abuse in Supported Accomodation and Safe Houses. Paying up to £15.49ph umbrella Temp to Perm Salary up to £28,057 per annum. · To deliver excellent services to those at risk of, fleeing, or having survived domestic abuse, with compassion and respect, upholding the highest degree of confidentiality. · To work flexibly across all areas of the service – helpline, refuge, places of safety and outreach. · To attend and actively participate in multi-agency meetings. · To be an ambassador for domestic abuse services, promoting the service internally as well as to external partners. · To work jointly and cohesively with housing management teams to give the best possible service to those that we are supporting. · To monitor occupation levels and minimise void rent loss across the service. · To ensure accurate records are maintained in compliance with internal procedures, regulatory and contractual requirements. · To contribute to the Group’s achievement of its targets and objectives. · To support the prompt and accurate submission of invoices and key performance indicator returns. · To ensure services are run to budget. · To self-manage your performance, in accordance with internal and statutory procedures, including the Group’s Health and Safety and Equality and Diversity Policies. · To support the Group’s Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) accreditation process. More about you: You may already work within a domestic abuse service, or you may be in another customer-facing role wanting to take on a new challenge. We are particularly looking for the right skills and abilities. Ideally, you will have: · Experience of providing effective customer focused service. · Understanding of managing safeguarding issues. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to network and build strong relationships with partner agencies, community groups and key stakeholders. · Experience in dealing with distressed vulnerable service users. · Excellent time management and organisational skills. · Excellent IT skills. · Full driving license and access to a car. · Ability to work non-standard hours on occasion based on service user and commissioner needs. · Enhanced DBS clearance required
