Fleet Workshop and Maintenance ManagerLocation: Cheltenham area.Salary: £45,718 per annum, rising to £46,731 per annum (after successful completion of 6 months probation period) plus car allowance.37 hours per week.Permanent Position.

This is a rare and exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated Manager with the skill and ability to continually improve our effective and efficient fleet workshop performance. We want you to demonstrate key strengths in people management, delivering on objectives and providing high levels of customer satisfaction.You will need to have excellent communication, planning, people and organisational skills, be commercially and industry aware to maximise opportunities for efficiencies and have a strong success record in delivering results.
