INSTALLATION ELECTRICIANCOMPANY OVERVIEWOur client, established in 1982, has established a reputation for delivering dynamic, reliable, and professional M & E services to the commercial and Industrial industry across the South of England.With 40 years of knowledge and experience, the company is expanding and seeking an experienced Installation Electrician for a large commercial contracts on a 2000 + acre estate in Andover.The contract is at 2nd fix stage and we are looking for a team of Installation electricians who can test and inspection also, who can start on 24th February..COMPANY USP’sEmployee Owned Trust (EOT) : Empowering employees by involving them in the company’s ownership.High-End Projects : Secured by reputation, quality work, and word-of-mouth.Investment in Apprenticeships : Currently supporting 27 apprentices across the company.JOB PURPOSEUses a working knowledge of electrical systems to conduct maintenance, fault finding, and diagnostics on existing systems. Installs new electrical systems, including lighting and heating, to customer standards and to maintain those systems while upholding safety guidelines and complying with codes and regulationsJOB SPECIFICATIONInstalling, maintaining, modifying and repairing electrical systems in both domestic and commercial environmentsEnsuring the electrical systems adhere to the national electrical safety standards and regulationsUsing plans, wiring schematics and manufacturers installation manuals to complete projectsDiagnose and repair electrical problems in commercial and domestic electrical systems, including fault-finding, rewiring, testing and monitoringAssess and order the parts required for a job, completing work orders and recording materials that are used on the jobIdentifying electrical problems and repair them escalating problems as requiredEnsure good quality workmanship which upholds Company standards, complies with building codes, and follows safety standardsQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCECity & Guilds qualifications or equivalent electrical qualifications (236 or 2357)Hold a JIB / ECS Gold CardWorking knowledge of IEE Regulations, ideally 18th EditionAM2City and Guilds Inspection and Testing Certificate (2391) is desirableA team player with good interpersonal and written communication skillsGood organisational and time management skills, to deliver work to required specification and timelines.Available and interested in overtime to complete the works on time.SALARY & BENEFITSSalary: £26 Per HourOvertime available, Saturday & Sunday at double time !!Site times 7.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday6 month contractsIf you are interested please call Tom on 07908947467 or email
