What you’ll be doing:

A highly motivated and experienced Survey / Inspection Technician is required to join a dynamic Asset Integrity: Inspection Services team. This position plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of offshore inspection campaigns, encompassing a diverse range of activities including but not limited to mooring integrity inspections, 3D modelling, and visual inspections.The role is primarily onshore; however, the successful candidate will be required to travel offshore periodically to support project execution. Offshore project execution is expected to be around 120-150 days per year.

Onshore responsibilities include:

Preparation and calibration of equipment in line with project requirements.Develop and execute project documentation, including scope definition, operational procedures, and reporting.Conduct routine maintenance, calibrations, and repairs of systems and sensors.Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date operational procedures for inspection equipment and techniques.

Offshore responsibilities include:

Manage offshore inspection projects, including equipment operation, data acquisition, and quality control.Provide technical support for offshore inspection operations, including troubleshooting equipment issues and data analysis.Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on HSE&Q.As part of a project team, the successful candidate will contribute to project success through technical expertise and operational support. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and actively participating in client safety and quality initiatives.

What experience you’ll bring:

What will help you to be successful in this role?HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Engineering Systems, or relevant industry experience.Previous experience in maintenance, testing, and repair of inspection systems and sensors.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of data communications, including serial and IP data configuration and hardware.Previous experience executing offshore projects in a survey or inspection role.
